What makes a studio worth watching
A point of view you can name, and the discipline to keep it across projects.

Plenty of studios ship good-looking work. Fewer have a point of view you could describe to a friend in one sentence. That gap is the whole game.
A voice you can name
The studios worth following make choices you can predict before you see the work. A typographic bias. A way of handling motion. A stance on how much to say and how much to leave out. The consistency is the brand, not the logo.
Range without drift
The test isn't whether they can do one thing well. It's whether the through-line survives a fintech dashboard, a fashion site, and a founder's landing page. When it does, you're watching a studio with taste.
Why it matters for you
You don't hire a studio for a deliverable. You hire the judgment that produced it. Watch the ones whose judgment you'd trust on the decisions you can't see yet.
